7. Akhdar VillageCall of Duty Season 4: All Maps, Ranked (1)

Starting off our list of the Season 4 maps ranked, we have Akhdar Village. This is a map that appears to be tailored to the Invasion and Ground War game modes. Also, the map is part of the massive Warzone map Al Mazrah. So, we can expect this map to hold significantly more players than other maps on this list. This is sure to make for some rather interesting engagements and firefights. From a visual standpoint, while there is nothing outstanding about this map, the environments created within it are certainly serviceable. There appears to be quite a bit of variety in the map, in terms of cover and structures within the world. This variety makes Akhdar Village a map that while it doesn't stand out, is pretty fine for Call of Duty Season 4.

6. Vondel WaterfrontCall of Duty Season 4: All Maps, Ranked (2)

Next up on our list of the Season 4 maps ranked, we have Vondel Waterfront. This map appears to bring with it a rather relaxed atmosphere which is sure to be juxtaposed with the chaos surrounding it. It should be noted, however, that this map will only be added during the middle of the season. This means players will have to wait quite a bit to get their hands on it. However, the locations in this map, do a fantastic job of allowing for firefights at a number of ranges. The architecture of the map appears rather modern and sleek, reminiscent of more modern maps in games such as Call of Duty: Black Ops II. All in all, Vondel Waterfront is a map that hopes to be worth the wait, as it will be released mid-season.

5. MercadoCall of Duty Season 4: All Maps, Ranked (3)

For our next entry, we have a map that is sure to engage some of you Gunfight and Face Off enthusiasts out there. Mercado appears to be a part of the Las Almas map, that has been set aside for smaller engagements. The map does a fantastic job of capturing the ambiance of an open market. The close-quarters environment that players will have to fight through will certainly be challenging. It will be interesting to see how well players adapt to the several opportunities for cover within the game as well. So, to close, Mercado is a map that appears to be rather visually appealing and yet frantic. It is for these reasons, that we are looking forward to seeing more of this map in Call of Duty Season 4 going forward.

4. PenthouseCall of Duty Season 4: All Maps, Ranked (4)

Now for an entry that definitely has a ton of visual flair. Penthouse is a map that captures the lush and lavish atmosphere of a Penthouse quite well. It manages to do this through its wonderful use of lighting as well as a brighter color palette than we are used to seeing. This makes it a really interesting backdrop for an area in which players can have Gunfight battles. It will be really cool to see how these fights play out. There is a pool, fire pit, as well as many more markings of the finer life, that players can use to their advantage on this map as well. So if you are someone who enjoys a more extravagant look in your Call of Duty maps. Definitely check out this great map fromCall of Duty Season 4.

3. Kunestenaar DistrictCall of Duty Season 4: All Maps, Ranked (5)

Switching things up quite a bit, we have Kunestenaar District. This is a map that heavily focuses on urban combat and sees players fighting through these streets. This is quite the contrast from maps that are more close-quarters oriented. For layers that seek quite a bit of visual intrigue, this map has you covered. The map has been littered with graffiti art all around the place for players to find. The general map design appears to be the Call of Duty bread-and-butter three-lane design, which is great. With the map appearing to be a great place to have frantic and scattered firefights, it certainly seems interesting. As far as visual interest goes, this map is absolutely wonderful, and we consider it one of the better maps within Call of DutySeason 4.

So, if you are someone who is new to the franchise, or a seasoned veteran, then definitely be on the lookout for this fantastic map. With a beautiful presentation, this map hopes to bring players old and new together as they duke it out among the map's tight corridors.

The map is sprawling and contains several points of interest for players to fight over. This is great, and this is all crowned with the River Diamond Resort, which has seen better days, highlighting parts of the map. This is great, and it funnels players toward a certain area and gives them many options in which to eliminate their opponents.
